HVTA welcomes anyone who is interested in farm tractors and machinery, "hit and miss" stationary engines, collectable cars, and any antique vehicles and machinery in any condition.

About HVTA

The Historical Vintage Truck Association, in their effort to be "family oriented", also has both a Women's and a Youth committee. Our "Youth Members" range in age from 6 to 66+ and are active in the collection of old truck literature, making model trucks, and collecting old toy trucks, as well as helping Dad and Grandpa in the shop.

The Historical Vintage Truck Association will be helping the membership create regional "CHAPTERS" which are designed to provide "an opportunity for members to get together on a personal basis". The chapter meetings will include such activities as: making new friends, inspiration and motivation, hands on tech help, family activities, and working with other related groups in presenting a local show.

The Historical Vintage Truck Association was founded in 2006 to promote the presentation of vintage trucks and bring together through Chapters, shows, and related events those individuals who share the vintage truck hobby. HVTA offers an exciting opportunity for vintage truck owners and enthusiasts to be involved in a family oriented organization.

Vintage trucks are those which are 25 years or older, and are the original reason this group was formed, BUT the number one focus of HVTA is PEOPLE. The goal of HVTA is to create and maintain an atmosphere of inclusion and welcome for all members and guests, and create an aura of comradeship among all owners of vintage trucks.

All Members will receive the Association's bi-monthly magazine "ON THE ROAD". This publication is packed with news articles, lots of pictures, truck stories, "how to" restoration tips, a classified "For Sale" and "Wanted" section, and other information relating to the hobby, with a minimum of commercial advertising. Members will also be able to register on this site to participate in both "general discussion", and "restoration help" forums, as well as being able to place pictures of your truck in the members' gallery.

The Historical Vintage Truck Association will hold a National Show and membership meeting each summer. The location of this show will be annotated on the website and in On The Road.
